This page explains what the Clark's Powder Coating website currently does with information and how that would change when optional site features are activated.
Current site behavior
What is active now
- Online Contact sending is not active.
- Online Quote sending is available.
- Quote file uploads are not active.
- Website analytics are not active.
- Advertising, marketing tracking, and newsletter collection are not active.
Information you choose to provide
When you use an active Contact or Quote form, Clark's receives the information you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, message, and details about the item or project.
The Quote form does not currently accept file uploads.
Photos you choose to email to clarkscoating@gmail.com are handled as an ordinary email inquiry, not as a Quote-form upload.
How inquiry information is used
Information sent through an active online form is used to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- prepare or discuss an individual quote;
- communicate about a project or work you ask Clark's to consider; and
- maintain ordinary business records where appropriate.
The website is not configured for newsletter sign-ups or unrelated marketing collection.
Delivery and storage
Active online form submissions are delivered to a configured business email recipient rather than stored in a separate website submissions database.
After delivery, an inquiry may remain in the receiving mailbox and in ordinary business records used to respond to the inquiry or communicate about the work.
No separate website submission database is configured.
No fixed retention period is stated here because one has not been confirmed.
Cookies and browser storage
Pages with an enabled online form use a first-party browser-session cookie named clarks_form_session. It holds a security token used to protect the form and expires with the browser session. It is not used for advertising.
Enabled forms also temporarily process limited technical request information to prevent automated abuse and excessive submission attempts. That security processing is not used for advertising or visitor profiling.
The site does not currently use local storage for analytics, advertising, or marketing profiles.
Analytics and marketing
No website analytics service is active.
No advertising pixels, marketing tracking, or newsletter collection are active.
Other services and links
The Contact page and footer include ordinary links to Google Maps for directions. The site does not embed a Google map, load the Maps API, request your location, or contact Google merely because you viewed a Clark's page. Google receives a request only if you choose to follow a directions link.
Other service providers will be identified here when a related website feature is confirmed and activated.
